Yes, a subsequent booking is possible. Please send us an email stating the days on which you would like to add lunch.

The general assembly will take place on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Audimaxx. Access is restricted to DGfE members only.

The poster exhibition takes place in the Small Auditorium (Room A 120) and is open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The social evening will take place on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Hofbräuhaus.

You can find the conference program in the conference app (“DGfE Congress 2026”), on our website (link), and in ConfTool.

Yes, ticket cancellation is possible. The full amount will be refunded. Please contact the conference office by email.

No, for sustainability reasons, we have decided not to provide a printed conference program.

Yes, quiet rooms are available for religious purposes (M 207) and for health-related reasons (M 201). A nursing room is located near the Amalienhalle; the access code is available at the reception desk. Spaces for retreat, for example to prepare a presentation, can be found in the library. The designated quiet rooms are not intended for this purpose and may only be used after prior registration via ConfTool.

No, no shuttle service is provided. The Hofbräuhaus can easily be reached by public transport (U3/U6, Marienplatz stop). It is approximately a 30-minute walk.

There is no need to submit your presentation in advance. Please bring your own device and connect it on site.

No, there is no cloakroom available. Only larger pieces of luggage can be deposited. Coats, handbags, and other personal items can be stored in the lockers located throughout the main building.

The luggage drop-off is located in Room F 007. When entering the main building, please turn left and then left again.

No, luggage storage is free of charge.

The parallel sessions and the opening lecture will be recorded. All other presentations will not be recorded.

All rooms are equipped with a projector and a screen. The projectors provide an HDMI connection. Some rooms are additionally equipped with a microphone. For further information, please contact the conference office.

The certificate of attendance can be accessed and downloaded via ConfTool after the conference.

A technical support hotline is available for any technical issues. The phone number can be found on your participant badge. In urgent cases, please contact the hotline directly. In addition, on-site assistants are available and supervise several rooms each, providing support in case of immediate problems.

Unfortunately, no additional rooms are available for working group meetings, as all rooms are reserved for the conference panels. During the parallel sessions, however, the rooms are not in use and may theoretically be used.

Yes, a vegan bowl is available at lunchtime. The bakery also offers vegan sandwiches and vegan Franzbrötchen. In addition, a vegan main course will be served at the social evening.
