Plan your visit

On the following pages, we have compiled all the key information for your visit to Munich. To ensure you are well prepared on site, we kindly ask you to bring the following items if needed:

A small padlock to securely store your personal belongings.
Your own reusable cup for coffee or tea – while cups will be provided, we would greatly appreciate it if as many participants as possible bring their own for sustainability reasons.
A suitable adapter if your device does not have an HDMI port (all lecture halls and seminar rooms are equipped with HDMI).
Locally stored presentation materials, as the public Wi-Fi in some lecture halls and seminar rooms may not always be reliable.
