Whether you are looking for a quick energy boost or a short break, we warmly invite you to enjoy a light refreshment! Complimentary coffee, tea, and water, along with a selection of cookies and cakes (while supplies last), will be available. Cold beverages such as soft drinks and spritzers may be purchased throughout the day.
A special highlight awaits you in the Senate Hall and at the Speerträger: there, we will be serving freshly prepared coffee specialties from the Munich roastery Man Versus Machine↗ (available for purchase).
Whenever possible, please bring your own reusable cup. For sustainability reasons, we aim to avoid the use of disposable tableware. A limited number of reusable cups and porcelain dishes will be provided, but we greatly appreciate your support in helping us conserve resources.

Lunch package for the midday break

At our eight food stations, you can choose from three different freshly prepared bowls provided by Bowls and Blenders ↗. Advance registration via ConfTool is required for lunch (EUR 10 per bowl/day). Meals will be served upon presentation of the meal voucher included in your participant badge.

We are currently coordinating with restaurants located in close proximity to the main building. Further information will be available in January 2026.
Conference café with pop-up bakery
Location: Senate Hall (E106, 1st floor)
Fresh, savory, and sweet – our conference café with an integrated pop-up bakery offers a selection of sandwiches as well as sweet and savory snacks for a quick bite in between. All items are available for purchase and only while supplies last.
